Our honey is locally produced, unheated, unblended and we intend to keep it that way

Harvested between May and August from hives located in Strawberry Hill, Middlesex, this honey is fruity and has a distinct lime undertone from the lime trees surrounding the apiary.

Great for salads and adding to cooking as well a sweetener in drinks.
