I believe in the benefits of taking honey all year round because local honey does help your immune system. I take half a teaspoon of honey twice a day. I started taking the Spring honey the day my gift box arrived. To be honest I don't like the taste of any honey because it's too sweet for me so I always drink strong coffee after taking it.
