Harvested between May and August from hives located in Dorking Surrey, this honey is fragrant in flavour with a deep taste.  Great for if you like a more flavourful honey.

Pollen is found in flowering plants.  Bees collect pollen while they're searching for nectar.  Bee pollen contains male reproductive cells of flowers.  It also contains digestive enzymes from bees.

Pollen is rich in vitamins, minerals, trace elements enzymes and amino acids.  It's also a great source of antioxidants.  It's exact makeup varies.  This depends on the flowers from which the pollen was taken.

Great for salads and adding to cooking as well adding to cereals.
